Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole By: Hope S.
I have a two-year-old daughter with CF who LOVES cheese! This is one of her favorites! She eats it as a side to hot dogs!
- 1 pkg shredded frozen hash browns
- 1 stick(s) butter
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can(s) of cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 pkg French fried onions
- Add All Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread frozen hash browns in a 9x13 pan.
Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Mix melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cheese.
Spread mixture on top of hash browns.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle French fried onions over the top and bake an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly.
