Banana Milkshake By: Emma C.
Recipe Story
I'm a mom of two young adults with cystic fibrosis. This milkshake is something great to do with those overly ripe bananas that not everyone is excited about.
Ingredients
- 1 large and very ripe banana
- 1 c half and half
- 1/2 c vanilla ice cream
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
In blender, add peeled banana, half and half and vanilla ice cream.
Blend until smooth.
Add more milk to desired thickness.
TIPS/NOTES
I've also substituted my son's Carnation Breakfast VHC canned drinks (Very High Calorie - 560 calories per 8.45 fl oz)
