Recipe Story
This shake was recommended to me by my daughter's dietitian at Kaiser Permanente. My daughter has CF and she has trouble getting enough calories in during the day. This shake recipe is a perfect supplement for weight gain. It makes a great dessert or goes with any meal.
Ingredients
- 3/4 c whole milk
- 1/4 c half and half
- 1/2 c chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 c vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 c skim milk powder
- 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
Put all ingredients together in a blender.
Blend on high until it is thoroughly mixed.
Pour in a cup and enjoy!
