Turkey Supreme

I found out in 2008 that I have cystic fibrosis and I am now 44 years old. I eat very healthy and find that a diet in protein and fresh food every day keeps the rest of my body healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Jennie O Italian turkey sausages
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 green or red peppers
  • 1/2 yellow onion

Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil, in skillet on stove top until hot.

Step 2
Add the 2 peppers (sliced as you wish), add the half onion (sliced as you wish) and let cook.

Step 3
Add all of the sausages and cover until cooked.

Step 4
Wait until the sausage is brown then cut it into pieces.

Step 5
Add pizza spices to the dish to make it spicier.
