Butter-Garlic Popcorn By: Anna M.
Recipe Story
After learning how bad microwave popcorn is for CF patients, I began making this popcorn for myself. It uses fresh ingredients, and lots of butter calories. It is great as a late afternoon snack. I love it before I exercise. As a CF patient I need the salt to sustain me when I sweat it out during a good workout.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp popcorn kernels
- 3 Tbsp butter
- Garlic salt
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
To prepare the popcorn in microwave, use a NUwave popcorn bowl, or air pop the popcorn.
Once popped, melt butter in microwave, drizzle butter on the popcorn.
Sprinkle garlic salt on the popcorn, allow it to stick to the butter.
Serve and enjoy.
