Ingredients

  • 16 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 c chopped, dried apricots
  • 1 pkg chopped macadamia nuts
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped apricots
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Melt chips in double boiler.

Step 2
Add nuts and apricots to melted chocolate

Step 3
Place mix on foil wrap on baking sheet, forming a 10-inch circle

Step 4
Sprinkle the 2 tbsp finely chopped apricots on the surface of the circle

Step 5
Place in refrigerator for 45 minutes.

Step 6
Break apart and enjoy.
