EZ Hollandaise Sauce By: William M.
Recipe Story
My son has CF. We put this over everything. I used so much butter and mayo when he was younger that to this day he still will not eat either.
Ingredients
- 1 stick(s) melted butter
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 8 egg yolks (only)
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
Put all in a blender until thick.
Put over anything.
TIPS/NOTES
This recipe, as most Hollandaise sauces do, includes raw egg yolks. Consuming raw eggs may increase your risk of food-borne illness, so please use discretion.
