Breakfast Surprise By: Rochelle B.
Recipe Story
Our son, David (16 years old) with cystic fibrosis has loved this special breakfast since he was eight years old. We began making it with regular sausage flavor and then tried Maple flavored. It is now the family favorite and great for any meal! The high calorie intake is great for David, who has always struggled with weight gain. Easy to warm up in microwave when we make a big pan and double the recipe! His older brother Richard loves it too and both of them have learned how to make this easy and quick recipe on their own. Proud CF Mom!
