I Can't Believe this Chocolate Pudding Could be Good for me!!!

I am the sister of David, a brother and hero who lived a full life while fighting CF for 30 years. We lost him 22 years ago...but his memory and spirit live on in us! My goal is to find a cure for CF "in my lifetime." I'm 52 years old, let's get a move on!

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 c raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 dried fruit - figs or dates, pitted
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional - for crunch factor)
  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 4 strawberries
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Blend all ingredients, except water, in a food processor or blender until creamy.

Step 2
Add only as much water as you need to get the consistently that you desire.

Step 3
Pour into individual ramekins or one large serving bowl for sharing.

Step 4
Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Step 5
Slice strawberries and place on top for a tasty garnish.
