Scalloped Potatoes with Ham By: Teri C.

Recipe Story

Our 8-year-old daughter has CF. This is one of her favorite meals and it is very fattening and high calorie which makes it all the better for her.

Ingredients

  • 5 lb potatoes
  • 4 c ham
  • 1 qt heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick(s) butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Add All Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Peel and slice potatoes.

  3. Cut ham into cubes and mix in with potatoes.

  4. Stir in can of cream of mushroom soup and the heavy whipping cream along with salt and pepper.

  5. Mix well making sure the potatoes are well coated.

  6. Pour into a greased 9”x13” baking dish.

  7. Slice a stick of butter and place throughout the potato mixture.

  8. Bake about an hour or until potatoes are done. If the potatoes start getting too brown you can cover with aluminum foil. I usually stir about half way through too.

  9. Enjoy!
