Recipe Story
My neighbor, Spencer, has CF. I have participated in the Great Strides Walk over the years and have raised money for Spencer’s Team with an annual letter writing campaign. I know how important nutrition is to CF patients and I thought I would share a healthful salad dressing to enhance the flavor of all the wonderful raw greens and vegetables from the farm to your table! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 c grape seed oil
- 3 fl oz apple cider vinegar
- 3 fl oz pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 Tbsp poppy seeds
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a glass bowl.
Store in refrigerator and use as needed.
