Easy Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 2" cubes
  • 2 family size cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 stalks of celery (chopped to taste)
  • 1 can(s) creamed corn
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme (ground or dried)
  • 1 bay leaf (cut very small)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 c water
  • 2 pkg biscuits
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Put everything but the biscuits in a crock pot set on auto for 6 hours (8 hours if chicken is frozen).

Step 2
When chicken is done open the biscuits, break them into halves or thirds and roll into balls.

Step 3
Drop them into the crock pot and cook another 30 minutes.
