My daughter who has CF loves this dip. We have it at all family gatherings. Its a tradition with our family and fortunately meets the high fat criteria for a CF snack! Everyone loves this dip.
- 1 pkg sour cream
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
- 1 pkg dry vegetable soup mix (Knorr’s)
- Add All Ingredients
Microwave spinach on high for 8 minutes. Squeeze all water out.
Mix sour cream,spinach,1/2 cup cheddar,1/2 cup Monterey Jack, and dry vegetable soup mix.
Put in casserole dish; cover top with leftover cheese.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Serve with pita chips and nachos.
