Baked Halibut By: Ann R.
Recipe Story
Our CF son loved fish so I served fresh fish at least twice per week. He would always ask for two servings of this tasty fish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb fresh halibut, 1" thick filets
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp whole wheat Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 25 minutes, depending on thickness of fish
Wash fish and place in Pyrex baking dish.
Spread oil over top.
Spread mustard over oil.
Sprinkle Panko crumbs over oil.
Sprinkle paprika over crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
When browned on top, serve immediately.
