Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes

My husband loves Boston cream pie and I figured my daughter would too so I made them into cupcakes and they are super high calorie!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix (plus called for ingredients)
  • 1 pkg French vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 8 oz chocolate chips
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes

Step 1
Prepare cupcakes according to box.

Step 2
Whip together 1 1/2 cup heavy cream and pudding mix together.

Step 3
Use pastry bag to fill cupcakes.

Step 4
Heat 1 cup heavy cream until just bubbling & add chocolate chips, stir until melted.

Step 5
Dip the top of cupcake in chocolate, refrigerate.
