Recipe Story
I am a CF mom, and my daughter has struggled with weight gain for years. We are always looking for easy ways to pack in calories. During the teen years, quick recipes have become more important with her busy lifestyle.
Ingredients
- 8 oz whole milk or half and half
- 2 Tbsp Ovaltine
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbsp Nutella
- Ice
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a cup and enjoy!
TIPS/NOTES
Tip from Suzanne Michel: For more calories make the shake with half and half or add heavy cream to whole milk.
