Our Favorite Sesame Chicken By: Ann R.
Recipe Story
With a CF son growing up in our family, it was important that he had a healthy diet in order for him to maintain his weight and health. He is now a healthy 175 pounds and continues to do well at age 37.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c unsalted butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 c parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c bread crumbs
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp paprika
- 3 Tbsp sesame seeds
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
- Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine butter and lemon juice in shallow bowl.
Mix cheese and bread crumbs in dipping dish.
Dip chicken in butter mixture, then roll in crumb mixture.
Arrange in a greased pan and sprinkle with paprika and sesame seeds.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
