Yummy Granola By: Isabel S.
Recipe Story
I am an adult with cystic fibrosis. My mother used to bake this granola for me when I was young because it was high calorie with the nuts and butter. I love that it is so easy to bake. I often bake the granola as a Christmas gift for friends and family. The oats give me energy and the nuts provide great protein and glucose control.
