Saucy Salmon By: Anna M.
Recipe Story
This is a great way to make salmon with extra calories. It is a savory dish, one I love as a CF patient.
Ingredients
- 4 6 oz salmon filets
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 8 Tbsp butter
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
Combine all the ingredients, except for salmon pieces in a sauce pan on the stove.
Warm until blended, but do not boil.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place salmon filets in a Pyrex baking pan.
Cover salmon with the sauce, reserving some for use once finished cooking.
Bake the salmon for 15-20 min until done.
Use extra sauce on plate to desired amount.
