Veggie Egg Bake By: Laurel D.
Recipe Story
My son is 16 months old and weight gain has been a struggle. I have been giving him pieces of this egg bake and it is delicious. The cream and cheeses add lots of calories, and I feel good knowing there are some veggies in there. I save a serving or two in the fridge and freeze the rest to make breakfast prep easier on busy mornings.
