Easy Chicken Casserole

I am the grandmother of a granddaughter who was born with cystic fibrosis two years ago. She will be two years old September 20, 2014. I chose this recipe that I felt had good nutritional value within the meal consisting of a meat, rice or noodles; plus add a salad that you can fix with any combination of vegetables or fruits; or a combination of both.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
  • salt to taste
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Place chicken skin side up in casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt.

Step 2
Cover with cream of chicken soup.

Step 3
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, uncovered.

Step 4
Serve with hot rice or noodles and a salad. Makes an easy meal.
