Recipe Story

I am the grandmother of a granddaughter who was born with cystic fibrosis two years ago. She will be two years old September 20, 2014. I chose this recipe that I felt had good nutritional value within the meal consisting of a meat, rice or noodles; plus add a salad that you can fix with any combination of vegetables or fruits; or a combination of both.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
  • salt to taste
  • Add All Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place chicken skin side up in casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt.

  2. Cover with cream of chicken soup.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, uncovered.

  4. Serve with hot rice or noodles and a salad. Makes an easy meal.
