Favorite Raspberry Cobbler By: Mary C.
Recipe Story
This dessert is for my CF friends who have a sweet tooth. Plus, you can use any of your favorite berries. The raspberry cobbler is particularly one of my favorite comfort foods during any season. I like eating it warm with a scoop of ice cream. It makes a nice balance.
Ingredients
- 2 c fresh raspberries (or favorite fruit)
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 stick(s) butter (melted)
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
Spread fresh fruit on bottom of 8 x 8 pan.
Mix sugar, baking powder, flour and egg until it crumbles.
Pour crumbled batter over the fruit.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees or until it's golden brown.
