Super Healthy High Calorie 8oz. Smoothie By: Eva Z.
Recipe Story
My 4 ½ year old with cystic fibrosis has this smoothie everyday as her last meal and loves it. She is in the 90th percentile for her height and weight.
Ingredients
- 1 pitted date
- 1/2 banana
- 1 Small handful of other fresh or frozen fruit
- 1 Small handful of walnuts or other nuts
- 3 each Pepperidge Farm butter cookies
- 1 Tbsp vanilla ice cream
- 1 Tbsp full-fat Greek yogurt
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
Use a hand blender to mix all the ingredients together to make a delicious high calorie 8oz smoothie.
Prep time 5 minutes.
