Quick Smoothies

Having a picky teenage son who values sleeping in more than eating breakfast in the mornings has made it a challenge to get a good breakfast in. This is not a huge quantity of food, but he can gulp it down before he heads out the door to school and it can be adjusted to fit any picky eater by changing the fruits! On mornings we are really in a rush, simply mixing the Instant Breakfast package with half and half instead of milk, packs a good amount of calories and fat into his day!
