Avocado White Bean Dip By: Breeding B.
Recipe Story
As a dietitian and chef for a CF care center, I know the importance of healthy fats, protein, and overall good nutrition to the CF community. Growing up with a best friend of over 20 years living with CF allowed me to learn early ways of getting in extra fat, salt, protein, and calories into dishes without eating fast or processed foods. One way to get in additional nutrition is through snack recipes such as this one - I hope it helps others in getting in delicious nutrition!
