Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 c cooked, diced chicken or turkey
  • 2 c celery, chopped
  • 1/3 c green pepper, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp pimento
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 pkg cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c toasted almonds (optional)
  • 1/3 c grated sharp cheese
  • 3 c potato chips
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Blend all ingredients but cheese and chips.

Step 2
Turn into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

Step 3
Sprinkle with chips and cheese.

Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
