Recipe Story
This smoothie has been a great way to sneak in some extra calories and lots of veggies and fruits to boost our immune systems! The kids have no idea there is kale in there and that's fine with me!
Ingredients
- 1 c frozen pineapple
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 1 c full fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 c fresh, washed kale
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely mixed.
