Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 1/2 c Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 c Pumpkin seeds or almonds or sunflower seeds
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Prep Time: 15

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together.

Step 2
Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.

Step 3
Put teaspoon amounts of the mix and press it down.

Step 4
Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Step 5
Let cookies cool. If not crispy enough, put in the oven for 3 more minutes.
