Yummiest Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting By: Sue L.
My daughter, 30, with CF, loves chocolate, but not cream cheese. However, she does like this frosting very much and we use it on various cakes.
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 c unsalted butter
- 4 1/2 c powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- Add All Ingredients
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
In a large bowl with electric mixer, mix cream cheese and butter until creamy.
In small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and cocoa.
Add sugar and cocoa mixture one cup at a time while mixing on slow.
Once all is combined, turn on high for a minimum of one minute until you get desired creaminess.
Frost dessert of choice.
