Pork Chops Stuffing and Apple By: Kathy G.
I have CF and when I just feel run down I know this is a quick and easy meal. I am 58 years old and at times I just do not want to cook, this is so quick and easy and yummy I like recipes that are quick and so good.
- 6 pork chops
- 1 box stove top stuffing
- 20 oz canned apple pie filling
- Add All Ingredients
Brown pork chops.
Make stove top stuffing.
Grease a large casserole dish.
Spread pie filling in the casserole dish.
Add stuffing to dish then nestle pork chops in the stuffing.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before eating.
