Recipe Story

Everybody loves dessert, and this one is a perennial favorite. It is quick to prepare, and adds a nice calorie punch at the end of a meal or for a bedtime snack. My oldest son, Jonathan, is a CF warrior.

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 5 egg yolks, beaten
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 c lime juice
  • 1/4 c lime zest
  • Lime wedges
  • Whipped cream
  • Add All Ingredients

Directions

  1. Separate eggs and beat the yolks in a medium bowl.

  2. Add the condensed milk, lime juice and zest; mix well.

  3. Pour into the prepared pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

  4. Allow to cool, then garnish with whipped cream and lime wedges.
