I have CF. I love healthy food, but every once in a while I need and want the calories and the deliciousness of cheesy goodness. This is a great lunch or late afternoon snack.

Ingredients
- 1 bagel
- 1 1/2 Tbsp full fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
- Add All Ingredients
Instructions
Step 1
Cut bagel in half, lightly toast just to warm.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine mayo, cheddar cheese, parmesan and granulated garlic with a fork.
Step 3
Place mixture on the bagel. Put the loaded bagel on a cookie sheet, and place under high broiler for about 3-5 min until the cheese is melted and begins to brown.
