Ingredients

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 jar of salsa
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
In large skillet, sauté chicken breast until mostly cooked.

Step 2
Add green pepper and onion (chopped).

Step 3
Continue to sauté until chicken is cooked thoroughly (I usually dice chicken at this point).

Step 4
Pour jar of salsa over mixture, leave in sauce pan, cover and simmer on low.

Step 5
Serve over rice.
