Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg cabbage slaw
  • 1 c slivered almonds
  • 8 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 fresh green onion, chopped
  • 10 oz frozen green peas
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 bottle of Chinese chicken salad dressing
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Toast almonds and sesame seeds separately in 350 degree oven for 7-8 minutes each (do not toast together).

Step 2
In a large bowl, layer cabbage, almonds, sesame seeds, cilantro, green onions, frozen peas, and diced chicken.

Step 3
When ready to serve, shake dressing and pour over the salad.

Step 4
Mix well and serve immediately.
