Oreo Balls By: Amanda W.
Recipe Story
I just love Oreos, so this is a favorite recipe. My brother-in-law has cystic fibrosis.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg regular Oreo cookies
- 1 stick(s) cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg package chocolate chips
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
Crush Oreos until they are broken into small crumbles.
Mix in the softened cream cheese and stir to combine.
Roll mixture into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips and dip the Oreo balls so that the entire surface is covered.
Chill again.
If desired, you can drizzle white chocolate over the balls to make them a little fancier.
Serve at room temperature. Makes 3 dozen.
