High Protein Shake

It was hard for our son to eat as much as he needed to maintain his weight, so my husband (he added a lot of this to his cereal), came up with this way to get protein and such into our son.

Ingredients

  • 1 c milk
  • 2 Tbsp muscle optimum or other supplement
  • 1 Tbsp glucose supplement
  • 1 Tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c ice cream or yogurt
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1
Blend all ingredients except ice cream in a blender.

Step 2
Add ice cream and blend (add more ice cream to reach desired thickness).
