Recipe Story
My wonderful nephew has CF. He doesn’t eat a lot but he loves this chicken!
Ingredients
- 4 lb chicken
- 2 c water
- 1 c brown sugar
- 10 oz soy sauce
- Add All Ingredients
Directions
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 40 minutes
Bring chicken, water, brown sugar and soy sauce to a simmer.
Set timer for 10 minutes.
Take pot off stove until chicken reaches room temperature.
Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.
Put on grill until brown.
