Ingredients

  • 4 lb chicken
  • 2 c water
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 10 oz soy sauce
  • Add All Ingredients

Instructions

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes

Step 1
Bring chicken, water, brown sugar and soy sauce to a simmer.

Step 2
Set timer for 10 minutes.

Step 3
Take pot off stove until chicken reaches room temperature.

Step 4
Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.

Step 5
Put on grill until brown.
